Key Qualifications & Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the specific area of HR expertise.

Strong working knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and employment regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
