Job Purpose

The Waitress / Cashier will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing orders and payments, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role combines front-of-house service with cashier responsibilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and accurately collect payments.
• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Take food and drink orders clearly and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
• Remain attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
• Maintain good knowledge of restaurant operations and menu items.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Female candidate aged between 23 and 25 years.
• Pleasing personality with strong customer service skills.
• At least one year of work experience as a Waitress or Cashier.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle customers professionally.
• Willingness to work full-time in Kampala.
