Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is hiring Team Leaders to drive monthly portfolio growth while ensuring high-quality performance through engaged teams and excellent customer service. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals with leadership experience in sales, finance, or customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Conduct market activations to generate prospects and meet sales objectives.

• Recruit, lead, and retain Sales Agents to meet targets.

• Design and implement Sales Agent retention strategies.

• Provide regular training, guidance, and support to Sales Agents.

• Supervise and coach Sales Agents to consistently hit sales and quality targets.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction in line with the company’s service charter.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Knowledge of customer service principles and office administration.

• Integrity and ability to lead and motivate a dynamic team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong understanding of company credit/lending policies.

• Proficient in computer applications and databases.

• Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and soft skills, including listening and stress management.
