Available Job Openings

Agri Evolve is currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Machine Operators – Entry Level

   • Operate coffee processing machinery.

   • No prior experience required; training will be provided.

2. Warehouse Officers – Entry Level

   • Manage coffee storage, handling, and documentation.

   • Ideal for detail-oriented individuals ready to learn.

3. Security Guards

   • Ensure safety and security of company premises, staff, and assets.

   • Applicants should be disciplined, trustworthy, and physically fit.

4. Data Entrants – Entry Level & Seasonal

   • Enter and manage accurate coffee-related data into systems.

   • Requires basic computer literacy and attention to detail.

5. Quality Controllers – UCDA-trained

   • Ensure coffee quality standards are maintained.

   • Must be trained by the Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA).

6. Quality Controllers – Coffee Cherry Processing (Experience Required)

   • Oversee processing of coffee cherries, ensuring quality and efficiency.

   • Prior hands-on experience required.

7. M&E Team Lead – Supervisory Level

   • Lead monitoring and evaluation activities.

   • Ensure project outcomes and processes are effectively tracked.

   • Supervisory or team leadership experience required.

8. Colour Sorter Operators – Experience Required

   • Operate colour sorting equipment to maintain coffee quality.

   • Prior experience with machinery is a must.

9. Trade Administrator – Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

   • Handle trade documentation, reporting, and communication.

   • Requires strong organizational and communication skills.

10. Field Team Interns – 3 Months

    • Gain field experience in coffee farming, processing, and data collection.

    • Open to fresh graduates or students seeking practical exposure.
