Rahim Foods is hiring a Branch Manager (2) to carryout the following duties and responsibilities;
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory and financial transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- 5+ years of managerial experience in hospitality/retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial and operational management.
