Job Description

Paint and Sip Uganda is seeking a vibrant and imaginative Creative Content Manager to lead our visual storytelling and digital content strategy. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in creative environments and possesses a blend of videography, photography, graphic design, and social media management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Videography & Photography: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photo and video content for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Editing & Storytelling: Edit raw footage and images to create compelling narratives and engaging content for multiple platforms.
• Graphic Design: Create eye-catching visuals for social media, web, and print using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement content calendars, manage posts, monitor engagement, and drive growth across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Short Film Production: Coordinate and produce short promotional or storytelling films aligned with the brand’s artistic and lifestyle identity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in visual content creation (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Ability to conceptualize and produce engaging content independently and with a team.
• Solid understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content performance metrics.
• Strong storytelling, time management, and organizational skills.
