After-Sales Coordinator

Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, on behalf of our client in the manufacturing industry, is hiring a skilled and experienced After-Sales Coordinator to lead and manage all after-sales support activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt handling of service inquiries, warranty claims, repairs, and complaint resolution.

This position is crucial for maintaining the client’s brand reputation and ensuring an exceptional after-sales experience across all customer touchpoints.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Support & Complaint Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all post-sale customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer concerns related to product quality, functionality, or service.

  • Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.

Warranty & Repair Coordination

  • Process and track warranty claims in line with company policies and supplier agreements.

  • Coordinate repairs, part replacements, and product exchanges with internal service teams or external vendors.

  • Maintain organized records of service requests, repair logs, and warranty claims.

  • Provide consistent updates to customers regarding service timelines and resolutions.

Coordination with Internal Teams & Suppliers

  • Liaise with technicians, service teams, logistics personnel, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth after-sales processes.

  • Monitor service team adherence to troubleshooting and repair protocols.

  • Ensure timely delivery of spare parts, replacements, and repaired products to customers.

Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Track after-sales performance metrics including customer satisfaction, issue resolution time, and recurring product defects.

  • Prepare regular reports and escalate recurring issues to the management and supplier teams.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to streamline service delivery.


Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in after-sales coordination, customer support, or a related field in a technical or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of warranty management, product repair workflows, and customer care best practices.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems, service management tools, and ERP software.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and remain composed under pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
