Job Description

Watu Shule Uganda is hiring three dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving enrollment into our driving school program by reaching out to existing Watu Credit clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in promoting road safety and responsible riding among Uganda’s two-wheeler users.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach: Contact existing clients by phone to introduce Watu Shule’s services and convert leads to enrollments.
  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport and trust to understand clients’ needs and motivations.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive knowledge of Watu Shule's course details, schedules, and benefits.
  • Consultative Selling: Assess individual client requirements and recommend tailored driver training solutions.
  • Client Education: Provide detailed information about road safety, compliance, and the value of driver training.
  • Enrollment Facilitation: Support clients through the enrollment process, including documentation and requirements.
  • CRM & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conduct regular follow-ups.
  • Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly targets and submit regular performance and activity reports to the Project Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Experience: Prior experience in telesales or customer service, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with active listening and persuasive capabilities.
  • Languages: Fluency in at least five of the following languages: English, Luganda, Lugishu, Ateso, Jopadhola (Adhola), Lusoga, Samia, Kumam, Runyakitara, and Luo.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for providing excellent client service and building lasting relationships.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by targets and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Willing to work closely with enrollment and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to evolving business and market dynamics.
  • Ethical Standards: Committed to professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
