Position Overview

As a Teller at Guild Frank Forex, you will be responsible for executing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support with deposits, withdrawals, remittances, mobile money services, and more.

Reports to: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, assess needs, and provide accurate support. Resolve queries promptly.
  • Transaction Processing: Count and verify cash, process deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and mobile money transactions.
  • Account & Service Support: Assist with account-related services including forex exchange and remittance support.
  • Security & Compliance: Follow internal controls and report any suspicious activities.
  • Cash & Record Management: Balance cash drawers, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Sales & Referrals: Promote financial services and refer clients to relevant products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to support branch operations and take part in training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience: No prior experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Age: 25 years or younger.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity in handling transactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic banking software.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
