Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated and proactive Field Banking / Relationship Officer to join our team in Kampala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mobilizing clients, collecting loan repayments, and maintaining a strong and high-quality loan portfolio. The role also involves client relationship management, financial literacy support, and daily field engagement to drive growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize new clients and promote financial products within assigned communities.
• Collect and bank customer loan repayments in a timely and secure manner.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients while offering excellent customer service.
• Ensure clients understand repayment schedules and promote financial discipline.
• Proactively address repayment challenges and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and fieldwork documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on collections, client visits, and portfolio performance.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Microfinance, or related field.
• Experience in financial services, sales, or customer relationship management is an added advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in Luganda is a plus).
• Honest, self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and in teams.
• Ability to organize fieldwork, travel within assigned communities, and manage time effectively.
