Destinations include: Dubai, Mumbai, Lagos, Johannesburg, Lusaka, Harare, Nairobi, Mombasa, Bujumbura, Kinshasa, Mogadishu, Kilimanjaro, Dar Es Salaam, Zanzibar, Juba, London Gatwick, Abuja, and Entebbe.

Job Summary

Uganda Airlines is hiring Cabin Crew members to deliver top-tier service, ensure passenger safety, and uphold regulatory standards on all flights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the cabin before takeoff in line with safety regulations.
• Monitor and ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
• Write detailed flight reports on safety or service issues.
• Perform in-flight duties as per assigned responsibilities.
• Follow all company and aviation protocols.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma from a recognized institution or IATA Cabin Crew Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Age: 21 to 32 years.
• Minimum height: 160 cm (5.2 ft).
• Minimum arm reach: 212 cm (on tiptoes).
• Must swim 25 meters unaided.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent health and a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI).
• No visible tattoos or piercings (except one earring per ear lobe for females).
• Clean criminal record.
• Friendly, confident, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Pass Uganda Airlines medical screening.

Medical & Travel Requirements

• Must pass a comprehensive health and medical exam.
• Negative COVID-19 PCR test (within 72 hours before departure) may be required depending on destination.
• Complete the Traveler Health Declaration form within 24 hours before flight.
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate may be required.
• Special medical needs must be reported 48 hours in advance with supporting documents.
• Medical clearance is required for recent surgeries, hospitalizations, or pregnancies over 28 weeks.
• Passengers past 32 weeks of pregnancy are not accepted for travel.
• Transit and travel requirements may vary by country. Please verify with relevant authorities.
