Description
Calcare is hiring a Customs Clearance Clerk to ensure goods move across borders by preparing and processing customs documentation, calculating duties and taxes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and process customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, and other necessary documents for import and export shipments. - Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and procedures.
- Liaise with customs officials and other relevant agencies to address any issues or queries.
- Prepare and process payments for duties, taxes, and other charges.
- Monthly customs clearance data sorting, Scheduling for Daily deliveries and Shipment.
- Tracking;
- Qualifications and Key Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related field.
- At least two (1) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in End-to-End processes for Import and Export shipments or
- equivalent experience.
- Clear Knowledge of customs clearance.
