Psalms Food Industries Limited is hiring a General Manager -Sales and Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth for our brand and product portfolio.
Reports to: Executive Director
Role Overview:
- As the GM- Sales and Marketing you will:
- Supervise the Sales and Marketing managers
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team and oversee brand management for Sumz and other products.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, events, etc.) to maximize ROl.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Track and report on KPls to measure sales and marketing success.
- Coordinate effectively with other functions (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement,
- Manufacturing and Operations) to achieve business goals

Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+
- years in FMCG/food industry leadership.
- Proven success in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
